When you use this website we collect the personal data you choose to provide via contact / inquiry / brochure-download / newsletter forms (typically your name, email, phone number, company name and message). We also log technical data — IP address, user agent, UTM parameters and pages visited — to operate and improve the site.
2. How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, send brochures or proposals you've requested, fulfil regulatory obligations and improve the site experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Cookies & analytics
The site uses essential cookies for session management plus optional analytics and marketing cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) — these run only with your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
4. Your rights under DPDP
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to access, correct, erase or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@prakrriti.com with 'DPDP request' in the subject line.
5. Data retention
Inquiry records are retained for 3 years to enable warranty, AMC and product-improvement processes. Newsletter subscriptions persist until you unsubscribe. We delete on request — see section 4.
