Prakrriti Enterprises one of the leading companies in waste management and environmental solutions in India, organized a World Environment Day 2026 awareness programme in collaboration with Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra, on 5th June 2026. The initiative focused on environmental awareness, waste management, sustainable living, waste reduction, recycling, tree conservation, and responsible environmental practices. Through interactive activities and educational workshops, the programme encouraged children, students, volunteers, and community members to understand their role in protecting the environment.

About the Event

World Environment Day is observed every year on 5th June to promote awareness and action for environmental protection. As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental awareness and sustainability, Prakrriti Enterprises conducted an engaging environmental education programme for children at Amanora Park Town.

The programme demonstrated how simple everyday actions can contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment. Children participated enthusiastically in a Best Out of Waste Workshop, where they creatively transformed discarded household materials into useful and decorative products.

The activity introduced children to the principles of reuse, recycling, waste reduction and responsible waste management, while encouraging creativity and environmental responsibility.
